Yes, absolutely. Each piece is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed for sale. We only offer 100% authentic items from renowned luxury brands.

2. What condition are the items in?
We curate a wide variety of pieces that we believe are still highly wearable, stylish, and worthy of a second life. Each item is meticulously inspected and accompanied by an accurate description detailing its condition, as well as detailed photos.

3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver within France and internationally. All our shipments are secure, tracked, and insured.

4. What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and certain secure online payment solutions.

6. Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. When paying, you can choose the "bank transfer" option. Please include your order number and date in the transfer instructions.

7. Can I return an item?
Returns are possible within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and protections.

8. Can I reserve an item?
We do not offer a reservation service to ensure fairness among all our customers. Each piece is unique and available until purchased.

9. Do you do consignment sales?
No, our store does not offer consignment sales. All items offered are our own stock, selected according to our tastes and requirements.
